Josh was born in Kansas, but grew up in Salzburg, Austria as a kid missionary (Yes, the hills are alive with the sound of music). When shes not doing something musical, Cynthia loves to travel, craft, watch movies, visit Disney, and above all else, spend time with her family. She has been serving at theCrossing as the childcare coordinator since 2011 and enjoys providing parents with the opportunity to dive into God's Word while their children are being cared for.

Josh really loves Alaska and all the wonderful things that Alaska provides. In his spare time he is usually at a local coffee shop or out on an adventure in the great Alaskan wilderness! After serving the Lord in Russia and Azerbaijan, He brought them home to Alaska! For all things care, this team is there for you. Alongside our Elders, this team leads our church and staff. By supporting local and international missions we seek to provide basic needs and supply the Gospel to those who would hear it. Her favorite part of her job is watching kids grow closer to God, and seeing them light up with a growing knowledge of the Bible. Bill grew up in the churchmom was the Choir Director and dad was the Childrens Church Teacher. Kristy has a passion for ministering to families and loves playing with children. He is a captivating storyteller, has a passion for reaching our community and a vision for church multiplication. Having been raised in church as a pastors kid and pastors grandchild, she loves to use the passions and gifts God has given her to serve the church. The Collective is our young adult ministry for 18-29-year-olds. K 5th-grade ministry will begin meeting during our Thursday 6:00 pm service and Sunday 9:00 am and 10:45 am services with a maximum of 11 students per service. Mandy has a beautiful gift of bringing people together. As a family they have been running theCrossing's Upward basketball/cheerleading program throughout the school year. Laura is a life-long Alaskan and literally grew up in this church. Cynthia has had a passion for worship her entire life.
